All services are online

The Email API, which is provided to us as an external service, experienced downtime due to a series of status 502 errors. Monitors from various locations confirmed the issue. However, it was related to a service outage at the provider's end. The issue resolved automatically within a few minutes, with all monitors recovering, and no further escalations were necessary.

The Email API is now fully operational.

We have investigated what led to the inability to deploy the new version.

The issues have been resolved and the new version is now online
